Technology Requirements

All courses are done via Zoom. You can use an existing account if you already have one. If you don't have one, you can create a free account on Zoom by clicking on the button below.

Each student should have a headset, or some type of device, that has a microphone. Sharing and discussion is vital to the courses. Microphones will be expected to be muted during the lecture portions of the class.

Be Attentive

You are more likely to learn when you strive to pay attention and participate in class. Sharing your perspective can help others to better understand a different way of looking at things.

Be Respectful

Learning how to accurately and appropriately articulate your opinion or viewpoint is a skill. We know this skill must be practiced to be refined. When sharing, be thoughtful and respectful in your approach. Attacking another student will not be tolerated. Learning how to debate an idea, and not the person, is vital for mutual respect. Our goal is not to funnel you to all agree, but allow space to explore and critically think.

Seek to Understand

One of the best ways for you to challenge your paradigm is by seeking to understand others experiences and viewpoints. This frequently comes through asking questions. Great learners are usually genuinely curious people that are willing to ask, even if they think they already know.
